Don't get me wrong now maintenance and the property manager are warm and welcome, but the customer service representative name Charisse is very unprofessional. They go up on your rent and expect you to pay it and if not they will evict you. This place is not safe and I have photos to back it up. We still have a crack in our bedroom ceiling and mold below the side creases of our tub. Our water heater has burned out since being here and we had to call the firefighter about this. There are other neighbors complaining about the same thing.

I moved in Ridgecrest in July 2017 and instantly felt I was making a mistake. The apartments you see are not the apartments you get, the only thing updated in this apartment is the pool, the panneling outside the apartments, and the microwave. The apartments being pet friendly may be nice, but the amount of dog hair and dirt I have attempted to scrub out would make someone sick. They also fail to mention the ridiculous amount of little fees that seem to pop up every month as well. If you are looking for a clean, reliable apartment complex this is not the one.
