Terrible Management, I lived with a leaky kitchen sink for nearly a month while they sent inept maintenance workers over to 'repair' again and again. One of them left the hose to the dishwasher unhooked after an attempted repair and I ran the dishwasher and it flooded the entire kitchen. There was visible mold growing in the affected area for weeks before they did finally sent a remediation crew and a real repair team to deal with it. We were without the use of the kitchen for a week while it dried out and repairs were made.

Don't get me wrong now maintenance and the property manager are warm and welcome, but the customer service representative name Charisse is very unprofessional. They go up on your rent and expect you to pay it and if not they will evict you. This place is not safe and I have photos to back it up. We still have a crack in our bedroom ceiling and mold below the side creases of our tub. Our water heater has burned out since being here and we had to call the firefighter about this. There are other neighbors complaining about the same thing.
